- From Chilled: For best results cook from frozen. If allowed to defrost adjust the cooking times accordingly. Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray. Heat in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/400°F/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for 20 minutes. Remove film and stir thoroughly. Return to the oven and continue cooking for a further 15-20 minutes. Ensure fish is fully cooked & product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
