Ingredients
Tuna (62%) , Soy, Lime and Ginger Sauce (24%) [Water, Dark Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce (13%) [Water, Sugar, Salt, Soya Beans , Colour (Plain Caramel), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Wheat Flour], Sunflower Oil, Tapioca Starch , Concentrated Lime Juice (4.0%), Ginger Purée (4.0%), Tomato Purée, Garlic Purée, White Pepper , Five Spice [Ground White Pepper, Star Anise, Cloves, Coriander, Ground Fennel, Cinnamon]] , Soya Beans (8.9%) , Spring Onions (2.9%) , Red Chillies (0.6%) .
Preparation Information- From Chilled: For best results cook from frozen. If allowed to defrost adjust the cooking times accordingly. Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray. Heat in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/400°F/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for 20 minutes. Remove film and stir thoroughly. Return to the oven and continue cooking for a further 15-20 minutes. Ensure fish is fully cooked & product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat.
