Carrots (38%) , Chickpeas , Vegetable Oil , Onions , Rusk [Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Raising Agent (Ammonium Carbonates)] , Gluten , Wheat Flour , Coriander Leaf , Sugar , Parsley , Coriander Powder , Cumin Powder , Salt , Black Pepper , Allspice , Cinnamon Powder , Cardmom , Ground Fennel , Clove Powder .
Preparation Information- From Chilled: Remove all packaging. Pre-heat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Place on a wire rack over a baking tray for 12-14 minutes. To heat in a fan assisted oven reduce the heating time to 10-12 minutes. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat. We have given you these heating instructions as a guide only.
