Preparation Information- From Frozen: Cook straight from frozen. Heat a Tawa or a non stick pan until hot. Remove the frozen Shana Lacha Paratha from the wrappings and place it on the heated pan. Cook on medium heat for about 1-2 minutes gently moving it around the pan. Turn over and repeat the process, applying gentle pressure to the surface to ensure even cooking.
