I found that a lot of shop bought hamburgers are high in carbs when they really don’t need to be, so I decided to make my own at home and the result is just as delicious without the high amount of carbs



  1. Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl
  2. Stir and mix together until you can’t see the wiggles in the mince and it becomes more of a solid mass
  3. Take a handful of mince, shape into a ball
  4. Place it onto a baking tray, push down on it until it forms a burger shape
  5. Grill, fry or bake until cooked
  6. Serve with a salad, add cheese slices or do whatever you  usually do with burgers
