This exceedingly simple recipe is fast, delicious and low in carbohydrates (as well as any other nasties) – just good old fashioned raw ingredients mixed together to make a meal which will keep you going until dinner (or breakfast, depending on when you have it!)



  1. Open and drain tin of tuna and empty into mixing bowl
  2. Chop cucumber, tomato and onion then put into mixing bowl
  3. Add mayonnaise and Caesar dressing
  4. Throw in shredded cheese
  5. Mix!
  6. Position lettuce on plate, spoon salad mix on top
  7. Add a dash of pepper – salt not usually required
  8. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice on top
  9. MUNCH!
