Description
This exceedingly simple recipe is fast, delicious and low in carbohydrates (as well as any other nasties) – just good old fashioned raw ingredients mixed together to make a meal which will keep you going until dinner (or breakfast, depending on when you have it!)
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Caesar Dressing
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tin Tuna Chunks in Springwater
- 1 half medium tomato
- 10 slices of cucumber
- 1 thin slice of red onion
- 1 tsp juice of fresh lemon
- 1 dash of pepper
- handful of lettuce
- 3 slices of cheese
Instructions
- Open and drain tin of tuna and empty into mixing bowl
- Chop cucumber, tomato and onion then put into mixing bowl
- Add mayonnaise and Caesar dressing
- Throw in shredded cheese
- Mix!
- Position lettuce on plate, spoon salad mix on top
- Add a dash of pepper – salt not usually required
- Squeeze a bit of lemon juice on top
- MUNCH!
